Are you ready for the rally?

Our Red for Ed Rally is just days away! This rally kicks-off our advocacy efforts for the second-half of the legislative session. We need to turnout and collectively demand more funding for public schools and teacher compensation from our legislators.

What: Indiana Red for Ed Rally

When: Saturday, March 9 at 1 p.m. ET

Where: Indiana Statehouse - West Steps, 200 W. Washington St.

  • Don't forget to wear red on Saturday. Make sure you are wearing layers too, as we'll be rallying outside. If you ordered a rally T-shirt from ISTA, it should be on its way.
  • Plan ahead for parking. Check Downtown Indy's parking guide for help. We recommend trying the Sun and World of Wonders Circle Center mall garages for the most affordable options. Bus parking and additional parking options for cars are listed on the ISTA blog.
  • Share on social media that you'll be attending the rally. We've created shareable images to use on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Please tag ISTA in your posts so we can re-share your message. Use the hashtags #RedForEd, #IamISTA and/or #InvestInEducationIN.
  • You can call us leading up to and on the day of the rally at 844-ASK-ISTA.

See you Saturday!

If you can't make it to the rally, share your story on social media using our hashtags. Watch for more advocacy actions on these important topics in the coming days.
