Belonging to the Indiana State Teachers Association means you are a member of the largest union in the state representing teachers, bus drivers, cafeteria and maintenance staff, school nurses and secretaries, paraeducators and higher education faculty. It also means you are a member of the National Education Association, the largest union in the world.
