ISTA to Honor Excellent Educators

Nominated Educators to Receive Recognition at Awards Ceremony
INDIANAPOLIS — Feb. 24, 2016
The Indiana State Teachers Association will honor Hoosier educators at the ISTA Evening of Excellence ceremony on Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 6:30 p.m. at ISTA Metro Conference Center, 6910 N. Shadeland Ave., Indianapolis.
“This is one of my favorite ISTA events,” said ISTA President Teresa Meredith. “The focus is on the educators and their achievements in and out of the classroom.”
ISTA held an open nomination process for colleagues, administrators and parents to nominate an excellent educator in their community. ISTA received 24 nominations. They include:

Honorees in attendance will be recognized and receive a certificate from Meredith at the ceremony. Nominees will be joined by their nominators and guests.
