ISTA emphasizes public schools and educator respect in legislative agenda

In a news conference this morning, ISTA President Teresa Meredith announced the Association’s legislative priorities for the upcoming 2018 General Assembly.

“ISTA’s priorities for the coming session will focus on supporting our kids, our schools and our future,” said Meredith. “These priorities are laser focused on giving preference to our neighborhood public schools and restoring professional respect for educators.”
