Registration

Registration is now closed. As a member benefit, ISTA members attend the ESP Conference for free! If you are not a member of ISTA, you may still attend the conference at a cost of $200 with hotel or $100 for the conference only. These options are detailed on the registration form.

Accommodations

Hotel accommodations are free to members who choose a double-occupancy room. During registration, you will have the option to select a roommate or have a roommate assigned to you. Those who choose a single-occupancy room will be responsible for the cost of the difference between a double and single-occupancy at $42 (plus applicable taxes).

Non-ISTA members have the option to attend the conference with hotel accommodations at $200 or attend the conference with no hotel accommodations for $100. These options are detailed on the registration form.

Conference Materials

Conference materials and presentations will be available after the conference on the edCommunities group, ISTA ESP Conference. If you haven’t yet signed up for edCommunities, follow the instructions in the above link to access an online, national community of educators and professional groups.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend any portion of the ESP Conference, please send your cancellation within seven days of the conference to Marie Rayburn at mrayburn@ista-in.org.
