On Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. CT, participants will hear from Dr. Marcus Croom, Assistant Professor at the School of Education at Indiana University. His new book Real Talk? How to Discuss Race, Racism, and Politics in 21st Century American Schools outlines a five-step process to help educators and other adults have meaningful conversations with students about a variety of topics.
