Election Day Draws Near!

With a week to go, ISTA members around the state continue to do their part to elect pro-public education candidates at all levels.
There are group opportunities like hosting a meet and greet so everyone has a chance to get to know a public education candidate.
But as we get down to the wire, the activities tend to center on one thing: Get Out The Vote (GOTV).
In a few days, the dust will have settled on the 2022 election season—but the consequences for the choices voters make just begin.
ELECTION DAY IS NOV. 8. Help with GOTV efforts. Contact Roni Embry (rembry@ista-in.org) and she will be able to connect you with an activity with which you are comfortable. Speak to friends and family within your social circle and urge them to vote. Every vote matters.
