The Aspiring Educators Conference is a one-day event designed to prepare future educators for success in the classroom and as union leaders. ISTA Aspiring Educator members will have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with peers from across Indiana, develop leadership skills and gain valuable insights to support their transition into the profession.
Through engaging sessions, attendees will strengthen their understanding of the role of their union, explore ways to advocate for public education and build a foundation for a successful career in education.
This conference is open exclusively to ISTA Aspiring Educator members.
