Application period for Emerging Leaders Cohort extended to April 19

Are you interested in professional development that builds leadership skills, confidence, association expertise and more? If yes, then apply for the ISTA Emerging Leaders Cohort. 

The cohort is a two-year program offered to ISTA members, who meet the qualifications, free of charge. The program materials, training, overnight accommodations (double-occupancy) and meals will be provided. The ISTA member, or their local, will be responsible for travel expenses.   

You may qualify for the Emerging Leaders Cohort, if you meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated interest and involvement in the state and local association.
  • Minimum of three years of work experience.
  • Has not, and does not currently, hold the position of local association president. New criteria that opens Emerging Leaders to more members.
  • Member or local association will pay for transportation.

Step up and commit to your professional growth.
