This week is Teacher Appreciation Week. Thank you for your commitment to our students. Thank you for your dedication to our public schools. Thank you for your commitment to Red For Ed and the actions taken during the legislative session.
You walked-in.
You wrote your legislators.
You submitted letters to the editor.
You rallied. We recorded and compiled footage from the Red For Ed Rally.
But, as National Education Association Vice President Becky Pringle shared at the rally. We’re not done yet. During Teacher Appreciation Week and beyond, we need to keep moving forward and keep fighting. Not one step back, onward.
