Update on SB 190; bill to be pulled

We have an update on a bill that we alerted you to earlier. We previously wrote about SB 190 which would have devalued Association services.

 

The bill's author, Sen. Carlin Yoder, met with one of our lobbyists today. The meeting was very productive. Afterwards, Sen. Yoder agreed to pull the bill from the Senate Pensions & Labor committee hearing tomorrow.
