ISTA has worked with higher education, the Department of Education, and legislative leaders to ensure that teacher evaluation results that are identifiable either by name, number or other format, are confidential and not subject to a public records request.
HB 1388 passed off of 2nd reading last night in the Senate with our language and will be eligible for 3rd reading in the Senate today.
