All boxes are required to register your Member ID
 
Enter the number that starts with 000 on your membership card.
Your local name (not your school corporation).
If you are retired, choose RETIRED.
 
Four-digit year of birth, e.g., 1967.
 
Your username must be at least 6 letters and/or numbers long.
Do not use any special characters or spaces.
 
Your password must be at least 6 letters and/or numbers long
and your password will be case-sensitive.
 
 
Once you have registered, your username and password will stay with you as long as you are a member of ISTA. This means even though you will receive a new membership card every year, you WILL NOT need to register with the ISTA website every year. The number on your card will not change as long as you are a member of ISTA.
